No Image Alteration Allowed!

If you wish to alter images in any way, which includes cropping, converting to greyscale or black and white, adding text or mixing with other graphics or images you must get permission first and wait for written permission.

The integrity of the image is an important part of my work and vision as a photographer, as is the caption and context the image portrays.  As I work in realism, as opposed to hyper-reality or fiction this is an integral part of my ethics, of which the use of alteration, or the image being used out of context can have serious affect to my personal reputation and will not be tolerated and is a breach of my terms and conditions as well as copyright abuse.

From my terms and conditions: “All image must be reproduced with or in the spirit of the accompanying caption. Images must not be used for/in context to defame, be derogatory, liable or insight hatred or harm.  The Photographer makes no representation or warranty with respect to the use of any names, trademarks or works of art stated or the accuracy of captions accompanying any images”

All image and text use are subject to my Terms and Conditions

Companies, organizations, NGO’s and similar must first obtain permission before republishing; view my Editorial Library or Contact Me for more information.
